Do you require a minimum amount of people for a party? If so, can we still book a party if we have less than that?
We have an 8 guest minimum. We are happy to accommodate a smaller party, but the bill will still reflect 8 participants. We encourage parents who are just there “to observe and supervise” to jump in on the fun, so you can get the best value for your money.
Do parents or guardians count toward the total?
We use the term “party participants” to distinguish between supervising parents and partiers. We understand that a parent may want to supervise their child without running up a bill or having to bowl, etc. As long as parents/guardians are not bowling, playing arcade, watching movies or participating in our other attractions, then no, they do not count toward the total.
How much pizza will we get?
We provide enough pizza for each participant to receive two slices.
What is the cost on additional food?
Anything that is not included in the package can be purchased for the regular price on the day of the event.
How many slices are in a pizza?
Ten.
Can I bring in outside food or drink?
The only outside food or drink we allow is a store bought birthday cake or comparable dessert for the birthday child.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you can bring a store bought birthday cake for the birthday child.
Do you provide candles?
We have emergency candles available but cannot guarantee the number or color of the candles
Do you have a lighter?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a lighter on the day of your party
What is the deposit amount required to book a party?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for a birthday party; 20% for all other events.
